Look your best

Today I wanted to do a product review on Benefit's Flawless Complexion Makeup Kit - in light.  I love trying new products and sharing my thoughts with all of you.  And this set was only $30!  So I double win, right?  Oh and as a side note, I am sucker for packaging; I love the way Benefit designed this adorable little kit.

The Pore-fessional is absolutely amazing! It really does even out your sink, for the perfect canvas to apply any makeup.  I will definitely purchase a full size bottle.  As for the Flawless Oxygen Foundation, I like it but I am not a fan of liquid foundation (at least yet) but I will probably use the rest of this mini bottle for when I want a more full-coverage look.

I have heard so many good things about the Boi-ing Concealer, so I couldn't wait to try it.  I loved the lighter color, the texture is perfect and the color is just a shade lighter than my foundation, which is always a must in my opinion.  This is a high-coverage concealer, that is very easy to apply.  I will be repurchasing this product, but only the light shade.

And lastly the Hello Flawless "Me, vain?" powder.  I am extremely picky regarding powder, I'm a total Mac Snob.  I have literally only used Mac Studio Fix powder for the last six years.  I just love the way it looks on my skin and the yellow undertone in NC30 is a perfect match.  With that said, I am obviously bias when it comes to powder foundations, so keep that in mind.  But overall it's a good powder, I give the Hello Flawless an 8 out 10.  I would like it more if it had just a bit more of a yellow undertone, but other than that I do like it.  It is definitely worth trying, but I will stick with my Mac Studio Fix for now...

Let me know if beauty posts are something you guys like, if so I will try to do more.

Thank for stopping by!

  1. I bought the same kit to try their foundation products. I'm also a huge fan packaging nerd, must be my creative agency background. My favorite product in this set was also the pore-fessional - although I use BB cream every day and I feel that it does the same thing but is also more tinted so I don't typically use foundation.

    Great beauty post!
