I have received a few emails requesting a post about my diet as well as my favorite healthy meals and I thought this would be the perfect time to do one! This is a time of year when there are always unhealthy treats around us, which means that it's so important to stay on track and eat healthy whenever possible.
This is one of my favorite to-go recipes from Skinny Taste. This blog has so many great healthy recipes, this is another great one that Bryan loves when I make.
I love to eat fruit, pretty much everyday. My favorite place to buy fruit is Costco, they always have a great selection and they prices are so much better than the regular grocery store.
I like to have fresh cut veggies and hummus to snack on. If I have this is the house I am much more likely to stay on track even when I am hungry between meals.
These are probably the least healthy "healthy eats" I am sharing today, but they are a great lunch option when I am in a rush or running late in the morning. Something I do to make them a bit more healthy and filling is add spinach to the meal.
I have always been a huge fan of smoothies, but recently I have started to get into acai bowls. I found these acai packs at Costco so I can make them at home. I love starting out my mornings with fresh fruit and this is a fun way to eat it.
