Working out at Home


 I have never really been a fan of going to a gym. In college I went to the gym on a regular basis, I think the main reason I was able to make it stick in my routine was because it was conveniently located on campus. I would wear my workout clothes to class and hit the gym right after class then head back to my apartment.

As my life and views on fitness have changed, I've realized how much I love not going to the gym. When the weather is nice my favorite thing to do is get outside, even if it's as simple as a quick 20-minute walk over my lunch. During the winter months it can be a struggle finding the time to make it outside while it's still light out. I typically like to get a workout in directly after work and by that time it's too dark outside. When I am stuck inside I try to find fun inside workouts and Youtube is my go-to!

2. HIIT treadmill workouts (we found a great treadmill on Craigslist for only $200)
